Orders are generally shipped through USPS in order to offer low-cost shipping rates, along with most economical shipping packaging.

UPS 2nd Day Air is offered upon checkout at carrier’s rate as our only expedited shipping option. Please consider order processing time.

Orders are shipped from New York.

BARRAGÁN is not responsible for lost, stolen, and/or damaged shipment packages. Please refer to shipping carrier’s confirmation email for these inquiries.

BARRAGÁN is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by customer.

Shipping address must match billing address or a credit card’s registered address. Please contact your credit card company for these arrangements.

BARRAGÁN is not responsible for any shipping delays by carrier.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer may incur re-delivery fee.

INTERNATIONAL

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment date.

In order to prevent international shipment loss and extensive in-transit time, we currently only offer DHL Express at carrier’s rate upon checkout as our only international shipping option. Please consider order processing time.

Please expect to pay CUSTOMS DUTIES only to be determined by DHL upon country’s point of entry in addition to customer’s completed order payment. All additional taxes and customs duties charges are the responsibility of customer, and they are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Please consult your local customs office/website for more information.

BARRAGÁN is not responsible for additional customs duties or taxes applied by country’s point of entry.

Please note that customer may not return to shipper or release packages on hold by DHL without incurring and paying customs duties charges.

International orders may be returned under Return Policy at customer’s own shipping expense, however items may not be exchanged.

    RETURN POLICY

    Merchandise must be in unused, unworn, unwashed resellable condition with all tags and labels attached to product.

    For sanitary reasons, all SWIMWEAR, INTIMATES, EARRINGS, HAIR ACCESSORIES, MASKS may not be returned or exchanged.

    Returns that are damaged, soiled, and/or odored upon receiving may be sent back at customer’s expense.

    All discounted items, whether Sale or Promo Codes, are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

    All pre-orders or custom orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

    We currently do not provide a return label, however we will cover re-delivery charges for exchanges in the same shipping method as original order.

    Customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging costs.

    Returns and/or exchanges must be initiated within 7 DAYS of the original order’s delivery date according to shipping carrier’s records.

    Acceptable item returns may be refunded back to original customer’s payment method for cost of item and any applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
